Students and parents/guardians can access all your grades, transcript, profile, and teacher pages through this program called Aeries.  (CLICK HERE to see directions to create an account).  You will need this program to locate your new student email address and State Student ID (SSID) to get into Clever. (see next step)

Clever is essentially the entrance or portal to our virtual school. Once you log in, you will see buttons for each of your teachers.  Those may be helpful, but you really need to scroll down to find the logo for Canvas (see next step)
Students, when you log in, use your student ID# for your username in this format: [Student ID#]@luhsd.net.  For freshmen, the password is your birthday YYYYMMDD [4 digit year, 2 digit month, 2 digit day].  All other students will use a State Student ID (SSID) which can be found in Aeries.

CANVAS is the most important place to find important messages, assignments, calendars, and content for each of your classes.

Our district provides every student with free software and online file-sharing ability using Microsoft "OneDrive".  You can even download the full Microsoft Office Suite to your personal computer for FREE!  If you have trouble logging in to your student Microsoft account to access those files, your username should be [Student ID#]@luhsd.net, and the password is your birthday YYYYMMDD [Year-Month-Day] - just like logging in to our school computers. CLICK HERE to see an example.  CLICK HERE for district licensing information.
