Overnight Field Trips
All overnight field trips must be approved by the LUHSD Board.
Check with your school’s Athletic Director to help you with the process as each school may vary in their process.
Fill in the request for Overnight Field Trip Form and turn it into your site principal’s office at least 8 weeks prior to the trip. All chaperones must be fingerprinted, provide proof of ID and have a current TB on record. Remember to attach an itinerary to your request!
If this is the first time you will be taking this trip, you will need to present the item to the board.
