NOTICE INVITING BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Liberty union High School District, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive, prior to Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 2 p.m., sealed bids for the award of a contract for the Liberty Union High School Districts Facilities and Operations Administration Addition project.

All interested bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid conference at the Liberty Union High School District Maintenance and Transportation Facility at 19 Oak Street, Brentwood, Ca 94513, at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
PREQUALIFICATION OF PRIME CONTRACTORS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. ALL BIDDERS MUST HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR PREQUALIFICATION APPROVAL FROM THE DISTRICT IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A BID FOR THIS PROJECT.
The engineer’s approximate estimate for this project is $900,000.00.
Scope of work:
This project is for the remodel of an existing exterior fenced storage area to construct and addition for New Facilities and Operations Administration Offices for Liberty Union High School District in Brentwood, California.
The New administration addition is a single story, steel frame, Type V-B construction with 5 offices, 1 kitchenette, 1 restroom, 1 tele/com storage closet and an open plan room at 1,775 -sf.
The project site will be accessible through the existing parking lot for the Maintenance/Transportation Building. 1 additional handicap parking stall will be required.
This addition will be B Occupancy. Exterior finishes include metal siding, aluminum storefront windows, and a metal sunshade canopy. Interior finishes include tackable wall panels, carpet and rubber flooring. Ceiling shall be suspended acoustic ceiling tile.
