Hello Freedom Falcons!  We are happy to announce that we will be starting our Freedom cheerleading and dance tryout process for the 2024-25 Season.

 

In order to register for cheerleading and dance tryouts please follow the steps below: 

 

1. Please go to the top of this page to download the LUHSD Camp Protocol Acknowledgement and Liability Form. Read and sign the form and bring it to tryouts.   

 

2. Fall sports registration OPENS JUNE 1ST. Athletic Clearance has all of the online forms for registration. 

Select 2024-25 season and select Dance or Fall Cheer.

You will also find the medical release form that may be brought to your physical appointment at the top of this page.

Please upload the completed physical to athletic clearance online registration.

Once you have completed the registration process you will be contacted with a tryout appointment time for the June 23rd or 24th tryout. 

 

All those participating in tryouts must have completed medical release forms with a signature by a physician or chiropractor dated after June 1, 2024.  Physicals dated prior to June 1, 2024 will not be accepted even if they are less then a year old. If you are unable to get into your regular doctor at this time, Miller Chiropractic is seeing Freedom students for a $20 fee.
