Liberty Union High School District Policy Statement National School Lunch Program
The National School Lunch and Breakfast Program is a federally subsidized program and although your child(ren) will all receive one FREE breakfast and lunch daily due to Universal Meals, filling out an application helps with the following:
- It will help provide essential funding for your school
- You may receive discounted utilities and internet access
- You may become eligible for free enrollment in some afterschool care programs
- You may become eligible for testing fee waivers (SAT, PSAT and AP)
- You may receive benefits regardless of citizenship status
- Free or reduced bus transportation
We encourage online applications. You can use your smartphone or a computer to apply!

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
