    The Liberty Union High School District is committed to hire and retain a diverse, high-quality staff who meet the needs of our diverse student population.
     
    Liberty Union High School District,encompasses a large geographic area located in the heart of the San Joaquin Delta midway between Concord and Stockton. Students from the four feeder elementary school districts, from the cites of Brentwood, Knightsen, Byron, Oakley and Discovery Bay, matriculate into the Liberty Union High School District. Currently, 8200 students attend one of the three comprehensive high schools. Liberty Union High School District also provides an Alternative Education Program which is composed of a continuation high school of 190 students and an independent study program of 300 students. The curriculum in the Alternative Education Program is designed to meet the academic needs of its students. 
     
    Our school district is comprised of three comprehensive high schools:

    Freedom High School

    Heritage High School

    Liberty High School

     
    Two alternative high schools:

    LaPaloma High School

    Independence High School
